Flight Departures at Murcia Airport
More than one million passengers used Murcia Corvera Airport last year, its first year of operations, as Murcia's international airport only opened on 15th January 2019, as replacement for the region's older San Javier Airport. The new airport boasts one 3,000 km-long runway and one terminal building, has parking for over 1,000 vehicles and is within 25 km distance of the city of Murcia.
Buses link Murcia Airport with many beach resorts and the city. Airlines like Ryanair, EasyJet, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Vueling, TUI and Binter Canarias cover many European destinations throughout the year, while other flights are only seasonal, some starting from March and May 2020.
Already covered are Antwerp and Dublin, Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger and Trondheim, Brimingham, Leeds/Bradford, London-Stansted, Bristol and Southend. Binter Canarias flies to Gran Canaria.
